Indiana Tech Hurdle Development camp

Lead instructor Wes Wheeler brings his 20+ years of coaching expertise to this camp. Wes has personally developed multiple NAIA National Championship hurdles and has helped mentor multiple all state high school hurdlers. This camp is designed for both the beginner middle school hurdler all the way through the elite high school hurdler. Coach wheeler will work hurdle technique, block starts, mechanics, and give you multiple feedback points to take into your season. Space will be limited with this camp to keep instruction at the highest level.

Location: Warrior Park Track and field facility located at 377 E. Tillman road

Things to bring: Athletic clothes, Trainers, Spikes, Water

Additional Details: 

• Lunch will be provided, please list any dietary restrictions your child may have for the event. 
• This is a rain or shine event, the indoor track will be used in case of inclement weather**
• Please note refunds are not given, if an emergency arises please contact Ryzer to go through their Ryzer Protect program.

Tentative Schedule:

• 9:30am -10:00am | Check in
• 10:00am - 11:30am | Session 1
• 11:30am - 12:00pm | Break/snack
• 12:00pm - 1:15pm | Session 2
• 1:15pm - 1:30pm | Break
• 1:30pm - 2:30pm | Session 3
